Felipe earned his LL. B. at the Universidad de Buenos Aires. Together with other partners of the firm, he is in charge of the Corporate Law and M&A Department and of the Hotel and Tourism Investments Department.

Specialization
In the field of corporate law, he has lead teams of lawyers fully committed to rendering legal advice on corporate issues, mergers and acquisitions, and contractual matters in general to multinational companies doing business in Argentina.

Furthermore, he has lead teams of experts in highly complex negotiations and given advice to national and international clients in connection with their business and the development of projects, both nation and worldwide.

He has been a member of board of directors and supervisory committees of public, private domestic and international companies and has lectured both in Argentina and abroad on corporate issues and investments.

He co-authored with Alfredo L. Rovira “Getting the Deal Through – Corporate Governance 2006 – Argentina”, published by Law Business Research Ltd. Publishers, London, UK.  “Fiduciary Duties Under Argentine Law” – published by the American Bar Association, September 2005.
